WHO WE ARE
We are a fully mobile pizza pop up joint. Found through the love and fun of making crispy, freshly baked pizza. We wanted to bring that fresh crispy pizza closer to us. So thats how SLICE 98 began. We are based around Bishops Stortford. But we travel to most areas covering Hertfordshire, Essex and even some parts of London.

THE BOOKING PROCESS
1. Booking
Fill out the booking form letting us know all the basic infomation so we can gather a quote for you.

2. Confirmation
✅ We’ll confirm your booking, chat through the details, and lock it in with final numbers.
You’ll get everything you need in one easy-to-read confirmation email.
3. Set-Up
🚚 On the day, we’ll arrive 1–2 hours before service to get our setup ready.
All we need is a flat space for the tables and ovens.
4. Service Time
🔥 We fire up the oven and start serving hot, 12 inch fresh pizza right on the spot.
Guests can help themselves buffet-style or can provide per person but will slow the service slightly — it’s up to you!
5. Pack Down
🧼 Once everyone's full and happy, we quietly pack down and leave the space just as we found it.
ALLERGEN INFORMATION
At SLICE 98, we take food safety seriously and want all our guests to enjoy our pizza with peace of mind.
Please be aware that we operate in a small, mobile set up where allergens are present. As a result:
We cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment
Our pizzas may come in to contact with, wheat (gluten), dairy, nuts, soy, and other common allergens, including but not limited to gluten, dairy, or nut allergies
If you or your guests have specific dietary needs or allergies, we strongly advise checking with us in advance. While we do our best to accommodate preferences (e.g., vegetarian options) safety is our priority.
